Administer oaths or provide certified copies of any documents we have on record. Honorably discharged veterans.
Their spouses
Their children
Their legal representative
If purpose is to collect a pension or back pay only.
Record honorable discharge certificate and DD214 Form. Any person who brings in the document. Free to all veterans residing in the State of Washington.
Spanish-American and WWI vets free regardless of state or residence.

Provide certified copies of:

divorce papers
annulment papers
any other document

Legal representatives of deceased vet:
Surviving spouse
Surviving child
Surviving parent
If the document is required to claim VA or other government agency benefits.
