     SERVICES PROVIDED:  Assist adoptee, birth parents, and adoptive
     parents through the court petitioning process to search for biological
     relatives when adoption took place in the State of Washington.  We use
     confidential intermediary approach.  Search and support groups.  Referral
     to other states.

     ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:  Available to persons 18 years of age or
     older.  (Services available to those younger with adoptive parents'
     authorization)

     AREA SERVED:  Services located in State of Washington but available to
     anyone born in Washington, adopted in Washington, or relinquished in
     Washington State.

     FEES:  Non-profit organization.  Call or write for detail on fees for search
     services.

     HOURS:  Office hours are 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. 
     Voice mail 24 hours.

     REFERRAL PROCEDURE:  For further information, write or call above
