This order is designed for non-domestic relationships, i.e., neighbor vs. neighbor, where there is an existing pattern of unlawful harassment or domestic relationships and where there is no fear of physical harm nor prior history of physical harm. 

*Note:  District Court has no jurisdiction over minors so if the person you are wanting to file against is under the age of 18, you must file in Superior Court, Room 323 of the Yakima County Courthouse.
