Appeals vary in process depending on case type. You may download “Appeal Procedures” packet or request the packet in person at the Yakima County Courthouse, Room 225.
Please review the procedures thoroughly.
Please note:
- You may not appeal a decision in a mitigation hearing.
- You may not appeal a decision on an infraction based on a written statement.
- You may not appeal a decision in Small Claims court if the amount in question was less than $250.
- Party may not appeal a decision on a Small Claim case if the claim was less than $1000.
