To obtain a copy of your Criminal History:
- Come to data dissemination window, Room 217 of the Yakima County Courthouse.
- Complete a “Request for Person-Specific Record Information” form.
- Return completed form to Data Dissemination window.
- Photo identification is required.
- No charge for copy of criminal history.
- Criminal history may only be obtained by the person the history pertains to.
To obtain information on another party:
- Come to data dissemination window, Room 217 of the Yakima County Courthouse.
- Complete a “Request for Person-Specific Record Information” form.
- You must have defendant’s full name and date of birth or case number.
- Pay fee of $1.00 for first page of EACH document and $.50 for each additional page.
To obtain copy of recorded proceeding:
- Come to data dissemination window, Room 217 of the Yakima County Courthouse.
- Complete a “Request for Tapes and Logs” form.
- You will need a case number and date of hearing(s).
- Pay fee of $20.00 for each compact disc.
- You will need Internet access to download program in order to listen to recording.
- Instructions are included.
Fee for a certified copy is $5.00
