Mitigation:

I committed the offense but wish to ask the judge for a reduction in the fine amount or see if I can keep this off my record.

Contested:

I did not commit this offense and I want my day in court.

Deferred Infraction:

I want to keep this ticket off my driving record.

Infraction - Unable to renew license on unpaid ticket:

If you have been advised by the Department of Licensing that you will be unable to renew your license, or, if your license has been suspended because of an unpaid traffic infraction, you must pay the balance in full before the court will release the hold on your driver's license.

You must pay by money order, cashier's check, credit or debit card, or cash. The court will not accept personal checks on unpaid traffic citations.  To pay with credit or debit card, click here:  www.yakimatix.com
