If you wish to pursue a deferred finding, request a mitigation or contested hearing by marking the appropriate box on the back of your green ticket.

You must respond by mail or e-mail; clearly articulate in your response that you are requesting a deferred finding.  The Court will examine your driving record and determine whether to grant your request.  The Court is not obligated to grant your request and may exercise its discretion to deny it.
