Recording Documents:

  • The majority of documents are $62 for the first page and $1 for each additional page
  • Multiple Transaction documents are an additional $62.00 per title. Examples: Assignments, Releases, Amendments, and Modifications referencing more than one Auditor File Number or book and page are charged an additional $62.00 for each number to be referenced.
  • All documents will be on paper size 8 1/2 x 14 or less; cover sheets are always counted as page 1
  • Emergency nonstandard recording fee is an additional $50.00 on top of regular fees

Recording Fee Exceptions:

  • Deed of Trust - $63.00
  • Assignment Of Deed Of Trust - $14.00
  • Substitution of Trustee / Appointment of Trust - $14.00
  • Resignation of Trustee - $14.00
  • Death certificate (requires cover sheet backside normally also recorded) - $32.00
  • Any no-fee documents are not affected by these recording fee increases.

Recording Maps: (Surveys, Short Plats, Long Plats*, Condos, Binding Site Plans)

  • 1st Page (18X24) mylar - $128.00
  • Each additional mylar page - $5.00
    • Plats over 50 lots - $.50 each additional lot
  • Correction Affidavits, Boundary Line Adjustments (mylar) - $128.00
  • Each additional mylar page - $5.00
  • Correction Affidavits, Boundary Line Adj (8 1/2 X 11 plain paper) - $108.00
    • ($46.00 plus regular recording fee of $62.00 for 1st page)
  • Each additional paper page - $1.00

Searches: Charge is "per hour" per name

  • UCC Searches - $8.00
  • Tax Searches - $8.00
  • Copies of any document on a search is per page charge - $1.00

Federal Tax Liens: (release Prepaid) - $124.00

  • Other IRS Documents 1st page - $62.00
    • (i.e. subordination agreements and Partial releases at regular recording fee)
  • Each additional page - $1.00

Copies:

  • Long Plat, Short Plat, Survey, Binding Site Plan - $5.00
  • Each addittional page for mylar copy (2 or 3 page mylar) - $1.00
  • Recorded documents, each page - $1.00

Certified Copies:

  • 1st Page - $3.00
  • Each addittional page - $1.00
  • Certification of a copy supplied to us in its entirety - $1.00

Marriage License : $64.00 - $73.00

  • Fee includes taking affidavits, filling returns, transmittal of records to State Register and includes $15 State fee.

Process Server: ($10.00 annual fee) - $10.00

  • INCLUDES: Assigning or Re-assigning Server number and recording Process Server document
