Recording Documents:
- The majority of documents are $62 for the first page and $1 for each additional page
- Multiple Transaction documents are an additional $62.00 per title. Examples: Assignments, Releases, Amendments, and Modifications referencing more than one Auditor File Number or book and page are charged an additional $62.00 for each number to be referenced.
- All documents will be on paper size 8 1/2 x 14 or less; cover sheets are always counted as page 1
- Emergency nonstandard recording fee is an additional $50.00 on top of regular fees
