     SERVICES PROVIDED:  The Program provides planned long-term,
     out-of-home care to children and youth, and has long-term family foster
     care as its core.  The Program strives to equip young people with the skills
     to form and sustain significant positive relationships, participate as
     responsible members of their communities, and support themselves
     economically.   Casey is committed to providing quality, culturally
     competent services, and to serving as a national community leader in the
     field of child welfare.

     ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:  No restrictions

     AREA SERVED:  State of Washington

     FEES:  None

     HOURS:  8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.  Monday through Friday

     REFERRAL PROCEDURE:  Child referrals are accepted mainly from child
     care agencies.  Foster family applications may be initiated by calling The
     Casey Family Program at 457-8197.

     BILINGUAL CAPABILITIES:  English only.
