SERVICES PROVIDED: Short-term housing for runaways, youth in dangerous circumstances and hard-to-place youth can stay while arrangements are made for a return home or for an out-of-home placement. Individual and family counseling is provided.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Youth ages 12-17 must have a run report filed with law enforcement, be in foster care or be in an immediate family crisis.

AREA SERVED: Pacific Northwest

FEES: Cost of housing those youth admitted to the Center shall be assumed by WA State Division of Social and Health Services (DSHS) for a period not to exceed 5 days.

HOURS: 24 hours a day, every day.

REFERRAL PROCEDURE: Police bring youth with a run report to the Secured Crisis Center; DSHS refers youth to the Regional Crisis Residential Center.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE: No
