     SERVICES PROVIDED:  The objective is to provide comprehensive family
     health services for seasonal and migratory farm workers and other
     medically under-served people.  The Clinic is a medical clinic that offers
     health care and screening to migrant and seasonal agricultural workers,
     low-income groups, or anyone who needs medical services.  All phases of
     primary care are offered by Family Medicine physicians and by specialists
     in internal medicine, pediatrics, and obstetrics, gynecology, and mental
     health.  Special services also include the following (not available at all
     clinic sites):

     WIC (Women, Infants and Children) - Supplemental food and nutrition
     counseling to eligible pregnant and lactating women, infants and children.

     Dental - Diagnostic, restorative and preventive dental care.

     Outreach - Home visits, transportation (limited), translation off-site for clinic
     patients, social service referrals.

     Pharmacy - Full-time services in Toppenish and Grandview.

     Mental Health Services - Quality mental health services to children and
     their families and to Hispanic families in Yakima County.  (See MENTAL

     Community Education & Counseling Services - Academic peer tutoring
     and academic guidance and counseling services.  (See separate listing
     herein.)

     ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Target population is seasonal and migrant
     farm workers, but services are provided to all.
