     SERVICES PROVIDED:  Efforts are to provide emergency short-term
     housing for adults with children.  Persons are directed to intake workers at
     various service locations who complete intake sheets/applications to
     determine if family qualifies for services.  Also operates transitional
     housing for homeless families with children.

     ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:  Families with at least one child, or single
     parents with emergency need for temporary housing.

     HOURS:  Office hours are 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
