     SERVICES PROVIDED:  Medical, emotional and spiritual support  for
     people with life-threatening terminal illnesses, and for their families. 
     Professional staff and trained volunteers.  Bereavement services. 
     Community education.  State licensed and Medicare certified.

     ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:  For those with life-threatening and
     terminal illness who reside in service area.

     AREA SERVED:  Granger, Sunnyside, Grandview, Prosser, Whitstran,
     Mabton, and surrounding rural areas.

     FEES:  Community financed - No charge to patients or families.

     HOURS:  9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.  Monday through Friday, with 24-hour on-call service 7 days a week.

     REFERRAL PROCEDURE:  Primarily through physicians, but also through
     clergy, family, friends, social workers and other care facilities.

     WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE:  Yes

     BILINGUAL CAPABILITIES:  English.  Spanish, with translators
