     SERVICES PROVIDED: Provide individual, marriage and family
     counseling therapy;  groups for anger management; and state-certified
     domestic violence perpetrator's treatment program, aimed at changing
     one's behavior.  Male and female counselors available.

     ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:  Service is provided without regard to sex,
     race, religion, national origin or income level.  

     AREA SERVED:  No limitation

     FEES:  Lutheran Counseling Services is a non-profit agency.  Fees are on
     a sliding scale, based on gross income and dependents in family unit
     ($25 - $60 per hour).

     HOURS:  9:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m.  Monday through Friday.

     REFERRAL PROCEDURE:  Call above number.  Office manager takes
     calls and schedules intakes.
