     SERVICES PROVIDED: Affordable reproductive health care for men and
     women, counseling and education on a private non-profit basis, regardless
     of age, race, sex, marital status or ability to pay, throughout Yakima
     County.   Specific services include the following:


     Clinic Services - Birth control exams and supplies, annual exams, mid-life
     services, Pap tests, breast exams, tests for anemia and high blood
     pressure, pregnancy tests, screening and treatment of sexually transmitted
     infections, male exams, HIV testing, and abortions.


     Counseling Services - Information and referrals on a variety of family
     planning and pregnancy-related issues, such as pregnancy detection,
     prenatal care, birth control, pregnancy termination, adoption, sterilization,
     infertility, and HIV infection.  Counseling is non-judgmental and
     non-directive.

     Education Services - Presentations on sexuality and related topics for
     schools, churches and community organizations; individual consultations;
     and video and reference library.

     Teens Only Clinics - Teens Only Clinics in Yakima and Sunnyside are for
     teens ages 19 and younger.  Appointments are necessary.  Medical
     services, counseling and information are confidential.  There is no charge
     for most services and birth control supplies.    Teen clinic hours are  - 
     Yakima:  Fridays  2:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.   and   Sunnyside:   Tuesdays  1:00
     p.m.-5:00 p.m.

     Walk-In Clinic - Saturdays the Yakima Clinic is open 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.  - 
     No appointments are needed.

     ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:  No restrictions

     AREA SERVED:  Yakima County

     FEES:  $Zero-$60 sliding fee scale for family planning services. Medical
     coupons accepted.

     HOURS: Yakima: 8:00 a.m.-7:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; 
                         8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Wednesday and Saturday; 
                         and
                         8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Friday.
                    
          Sunnyside: 8:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m. Monday and Wednesday; and
                       8:30 a.m. 5:00 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday;
                       (Closed 12:30-1:30 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, and
                    Thursday)
                       (Closed 12 Noon-1:00 p.m. Tuesday)
                       (Closed all day Friday)
                    
     REFERRAL PROCEDURE:  Telephone nearest location to arrange
     appointment for examination for medical services, counseling,  or
     pregnancy tests.


     WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE:  Yes - both clinics.


     BILINGUAL CAPABILITIES:  English- and Spanish-speaking staff  at both
     clinics.
