SERVICES PROVIDED: Parent Trust for Washington Children is a statewide family support agency offering expectant and new parent services, child and teen services, community and in-home services, and telephone support and referral.
SERVICES PROVIDED STATEWIDE:

  1. The Family Help Line is a program of Parent Trust and a toll-free phone line for parents and caregivers in Washington State, providing local and statewide information and referral, assistance with problem-solving, parent coaching and education, support and advocacy. The Family Help Line also offers parenting publications in Spanish and English. There is a statewide, searchable database on the Parent Trust website that lists parenting classes, support groups, events, and resources in cities and counties in Washington State.

Parent Trust for Washington Children offers Spanish language parent support groups and an in-home education and support program in Yakima.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:  Services are available without restrictions

FEES:  None

HOURS:  Family Help Line parenting coaches are available Monday - Friday, from 9am to 5pm. Parent Information Line, Stress Reduction Line, and the searchable, online database are available 24/7.
Parent Trust for Washington Children offices are open Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm.

REFERRAL PROCEDURE:  No referral necessary.

BILINGUAL CAPABILITIES: Family Help Line is English only. Spanish-speaking parent support groups are available in different Washington locations.  Parent Trust's Yakima office offers Spanish-speaking services.
