     SERVICES PROVIDED:  Supplemental foods through vouchers, prenatal
     and breast-feeding counseling, and services to children with medical or
     nutritional needs.  Also provide nutritional and special diet counseling,
     referral service, and health education services.

     ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:  Services directed to the low-income
     household.  Eligibility open to pregnant or nursing Indian women or Indian
     women with children ages birth to five years, or women married to enrolled
     Indian spouse.

     AREA SERVED:  Yakama Indian Reservation and some of Yakima County.

     FEES:  None

     HOURS:  8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
