Calls from inmates must be collect or use a pre-paid option set up by the friend or family member.


Collect Calls


If you receive a call, you will first hear a pre-recorded message stating the Correction's Facility name and the name of the inmate who is asking you to receive the collect call. At that point you can:


Accept the collect call
Deny the collect call


Pre-Paid Calls


You can set up a pre-paid account by calling Inmate Calling Solutions (ICS) directly at 1-888-506-8407. This will allow the inmate to call the number you setting up the account on only.

Calling Rules

There is a 15-minute telephone call time limit. After 15 minutes, the telephone call will automatically disconnect.


Charges for Each Phone Call

Collect call charges (calls paid for by the called party which show up on phone bill):
Local Collect Call: $2.50 per call (15 minutes)
Any other call on the Eastside of the State that is not considered local: $4.00 per call (15 minutes)
Calls that would be considered local if called from the King County Jail: $6.00 per call (15 Minutes) (King County Local Prefixes )
All other calls to Westside of the State: $3.95 first minute plus .59 cents per minute and .40 cent surcharge
InterState: $3.95 first minute plus .89 cents per minute and .60 cent surcharge.

Will I receive a monthly statement?

No, but you will hear the balance every time you receive a call from the inmate.


Do you want to add money to or check the balance of your Inmate Family Advance Pay Account?

What if the inmate is released? Will I receive a refund for the remaining funds on the account?

After I have used my $25.00 or $50.00 pre-paid amount, can I cancel the pre-paid account and have collect calls charged through my local telephone company?

Once telephone numbers are set up as a pre-paid account, customers are not able to switch to another form of billing.
