WWA Letter to Bill Kamela, who recently asked the WWA
Legislative Committee for language suggestions on the reauthorization bill. At
the same time, USCOM and other organizations developed their suggestions for
language, and did excellent work. This is WWA's response to Bill, which takes
into account both Senate Draft 405 which he provided, as well as the USCOM
work.
