What is the West Valley Neighborhood Plan?
The WVNP is a “subarea plan” of the Yakima Urban Area Comprehensive Plan 2025 (
5.43 MB). It is intended to be jointly adopted by both the City of Yakima and Yakima County to provide a common vision for the future physical development of the “Planning Area.”

What are the boundaries of the “Planning Area?”
