SMALL WORKS ROSTER QUESTIONNAIRE

Small Works are jobs which are under a $200,000 cap and are open to any business bonded and licensed in Washington State.

Insurance requirements must be met prior to performance of work for Yakima County.  For projects that exceed $35,000, a contract bond must be furnished prior to being authorized to work for Yakima County. These requirements must be met within 10 days of Yakima County's offer to perform work.

In accordance with State law, prevailing wages shall be paid under all contracts with Yakima County. Contractors shall provide any required contract bond, and notice of intent to pay prevailing wages, approved by the Department of Labor and Industries, prior to receiving the first payment under the contract.
