UPDATE:    On October 26, 2009 a Yakima County Superior Court warrant was issued for the arrest of Delfino Juan Benson, age 19.  Benson is charged with first degree murder and attempted first degree murder in the shooting death of Ricardo Cabrera that happened on November 12, 2008.  Benson surrendered without incident to authorities at Puyallup PD on Friday, October 30.
