Yakima County, as the Regional Stormwater Lead, is tasked by an Interlocal Governmental Agreement to perform permit compliance tasks under the Department of Ecology’s Phase II NPDES Stormwater Permit for the cities of Yakima, Sunnyside, Union Gap, and urban Yakima County.
