Extension Programs
WSU Extension in Yakima is a partnership between Washington State University, the Federal government and Yakima County.
Through a national network of university researchers and faculty, it provides a proactive approach to challenges facing people in industry, on the farm, in businesses, and at home. Due to its history of success, many countries throughout the world have adopted similar Extension programs to help incorporate new technology and advance education.
