Funding Details of the Shaw and Wide Hollow Creeks Flood Control Project
Yakima County will be applying for new funding sources in 2021 to complete the real estate acquisition and to fund construction. If you are a resident of the area and would like to help get this project implemented, please send letters of support to the Water Resources division located at 4th Floor Courthouse, 128 N. 2nd Street, Yakima WA, 98901. These will help us secure grant funds through the competitive selection process. There is a template for letters of support on this page that can be downloaded or printed to get started.
