Some mobile units must be inspected by WA Dept. of Labor & Industries to obtain food license, visit their website for information. Be sure to also research "Subpart 9" on page 111 of the WA State Retail Food Code to learn about the requirements specific to mobile food units in Washington State.
Completed applications may be submitted via email to the EH Help Desk and payment will be collected over the phone (4% charge on all credit card transactions) OR submitted via mail to: Yakima Health District, 1210 Ahtanum Ridge Dr., Union Gap, WA 98903.
