Foreclosure Auction Information

On February 1, 2022 Yakima County Treasurer signed a Professional Services Agreement with Bid4Assets (www.bid4assets.com) to continue to conduct on-line property tax foreclosure auctions.  All successful bidders will be charged a 5% Buyer's Premium (minimum $100) per parcel which will be charged and collected by Bid4Assets.  The Yakima County Treasurer receives no portion of the premium.  Click here for more detailed information regarding the Real Property Tax Foreclosure Auctions.
