Solid Waste

Landfills to Limit Self-Haulers -

To increase social distancing, and to protect our employees and customers, we will be limiting the number of self-haul customers at our Landfill facilities. Only essential waste will be accepted at this time. Essential waste includes but not limited to; rotting or about to rot waste; dead animals; health/safety related items. Common household items (e.g. furniture) and small yard waste loads will be turned away and we ask that you wait until the stay-at-home order from Governor Inslee is lifted. The Landfill can be reached by calling (509) 574-2450.

Lower Valley Transfer Station Closed on Saturdays -

The Lower Valley Transfer Station (LVTS) will be closed on Saturdays until further notice. Hours of operation will be Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Terrace Heights Landfill and Cheyne Landfill hours remain the same.
