Amendment A to Yakima County's Community Development Block Grant from the Department of Commerce to Northwest Community Action Center, Awarding an Additional Year of Funding and Increasing the Contract End Date by One Year to June 30, 2024.
Fiscal Impact: $152,000 Added to Original Grant Contract of $155,000 for a New Total of $307,000.
Personal Services Agreement with Talents Squared Construction, Inc., for Backflow Prevention Assemblies Inspection & Testing.
Fiscal Impact: Rate Charged Is $29.80 Per Unit Tested, Reimbursed by Customer Once Testing Is Completed.
Amendment #1 to Agreement between Ecology and Yakima County Public Services Department for the Naches-Cowiche Levee Setback Project, Extending the Grant Expiration Date from June 30, 2023, to June 30, 2025.
Fiscal Impact: $0.
Amendment #1 to Agreement between Ecology and Yakima County Public Services Department for the Gap to Gap Locally Preferred Alternative Project, Extending the Grant Expiration Date from June 30, 2023, to June 30, 2025, and Deleting Task 7.
