Purchase and Sale Agreement with Squire-Ingham Co., Inc. to Purchase Four Parcels Along the Naches River.  The Property Would be Purchased for Conversion into an Open Space Park and Floodplain Restoration.

Agreement with Shannon & Wilson Inc. to Design, Surveying, Permitting and Coordination for the State and Federally Funded Gap to Gap Project with an Overall Cost of $23,000,000.00.
Fiscal Impact:  1,600,000.00 Funded Through No-Match Floodplains by Design Grant from the Department of Ecology and Flood Control Zone District Funds that are Secured when  Diking District #1 was Dissolved Last Year and the Funds were Dedicated to this Project.

Agreement with MJ Neal Associates for Architect Services to Prepare Design Drawings for the Construction of a Customer Service Window Located at 217 N 1st Street-Technology Services. Resolution 221-2020 Ratifies this Agreement that was signed on July 16, 2020.
