Temporarily Closing a Portion of N. Track Road, from E. Wapato Road to E. McDonald Road and a Portion of E. McDonald Road from N. Track Road to State Route 22, to Allow the Replacement of Natural Gas Pipe Across and Along the Roadway.

Memorandum of Agreement with Sunnyside Valley Irrigation District for Irrigation Facility Relocations Required to Improve Independence Road Between N. Outlook Road and Fordyce Road.

Agreement with YWCA Yakima in Conjunction with the American Rescue Plan, Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds Award #37840.

Agreement with Yakima Fire District #4 in Conjunction with the American Rescue Plan, Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds Award #38260.

Authorizing Advertisement for Request for Proposals for Professional Collection Services for Yakima County District Court.

Interlocal Agreement with City of Grandview, City of Moxee, City of Selah, City of Sunnyside, City of Toppenish, City of Union Gap, City of Wapato, City of Yakima, and City of Zillah for a Yakima Valley Crisis Response Unit.
Fiscal Impact: $120,000 Increase to the 2024 Budget
