Authorizing Settlement of Yakima County Claim 3-2020.
Fiscal Impact: $100,000.
Adoption of the Revised Six Year Transportation Improvement Program for Yakima County Pursuant to RCW 36.81.121.
Fiscal Impact: $0.
Temporarily Closing a Portion of Guinan Road for the Installation of Two New Concrete Pipes, Replacing the Existing Pipe Crossing with Two 36" HDPE Pipes.
Accepting as Complete, the Yakima County Jail Annex Reroof Project.
Fiscal Impact: $8,991.45.
Contract with Sno Valley Process Solutions, Inc., for Maintenance, On-Call Repair, and Diagnostic Services for Multiple Chiller Units in Various Yakima County Buildings.
Fiscal Impact: Not to Exceed $60,000 Annually.
Agreement between Yakima County and Minert & Associates, Inc., Concerning Testing, Collection, & Clearinghouse Services.

Yakima County Eviction Rent Assistance Program 2.0 Grant for 2023.
Fiscal Impact: $8,299,763 Granted to Yakima County.
Amendment A to the Yakima County Treasury Rent Assistance Program to Extend the Contract End Date to June 30, 2023.
Modification #1 to the Housing and Essential Needs Project Contract Agreement with Yakima Neighborhood Health Services, Awarding Additional Grant Funding.
Fiscal Impact: $563,750 in Grant Funding.
Modification #1 to the Housing and Essential Needs Project Contract Agreement with Northwest Community Action Center, Awarding Additional Grant Funding.
Fiscal Impact: $379,900 in Grant Funding.
Setting a Public Hearing Date to Consider Adopting the Yakima County 2023-2028 Capital Improvement Program for Environmental Services.
Setting a Public Hearing Date to Take Testimony on the 2022 Biennial Map Amendments to the Comprehensive Plan - Horizon 2040 and the Yakima County Code Title 19 Zoning Map.
Setting a Public Hearing Date to Consider Amending the Yakima County Code 12-10 Stormwater and Drainage Authority.
Awarding the Bid for Terrace Heights Landfill Project Tank Removal.
Fiscal Impact: $74,444.40.
Authorizing Advertisement for Bids for the Cheyne Transfer Station Floor Repairs and the Construction of the Crane Pad and Exits at the Terrace Heights Transfer Station.
Fiscal Impact: $389,235.
