  • Description of Project: Type 3 CUP for a new wireless communication facility in the Single Family Residential (R-1) zoning district. A 50' x 50' fenced facility is proposed within a 60' x 60' lease area. The facility will consist of a 125' unlit, steel monopole communication tower with a 10' x 12' equipment area and ice bridge. The tower will be a slender, low mass pole painted a light gray to blend in. A 4' lighting rod is proposed, which will make the total height 129'. The fence is proposed to be 7' high chain link with white privacy slats and topped with 3 strands of barbed wire, making the total height 8'. The fenced compound will have two future carrier lease areas and one future EMS lease area. A SEPA checklist and administrative adjustment are associated with the proposed facility.

  • Description of Project: Modification to ZON2012-006. ATO will have a 1,600 sf tasting room and event space, outdoor gazebo, outdoor fire pit, 2 paved ADA parking, 12 new gravel parking spaces, and overflow area for about 60 more vehicles. Agriculture production in 2021 will be planting of vegetables for next spring harvest, spring of 2022 will increase garden to 3 acres of vegetables, and longer term plan is to have 5 acres including melons and pumpkins. Crops will be sold at farmers market and AG stand on premises, future pumpkin patch for family recreation. Relocating Parking for ATO and removing eastern parcel owned by Simonds from ATO.
