The Yakima County Planning Commission is holding a public hearing on July 13, 2016 at 6:00 pm, Resource Center Meeting Room – 2403 S. 18th Street, Union Gap. The public is invited to attend a Planning Commission public hearing on Wednesday, July 13th to offer testimony on the proposed Urban Growth Area boundary amendments to the Yakima County Comprehensive Plan to the citie of Yakima. The hearing is part of a two-year Urban Growth Area update process to review, and possibly revise, the County’s comprehensive land-use plan as required under the State’s Growth Management Act (GMA).
