DUI Court is a therapeutic court program intended to address the needs of repeat DUI offenders and reduce their risk to reoffend. The program has had a significant impact on members of our community both for the participant and the public. DUI Court’s focus is accountability and therapeutic responses to those who are participating in our program. This results in healthier, productive participants who are able to achieve a life of sobriety which in turn increases public safety and enhances our community’s quality of life. If you would like to learn more about DUI Court, please attend the open house that will be held at the Yakima County Courthouse, 128 N 2nd St. on Thursday, July 25th from 1:00-3:00 p.m. in Superior Court Courtroom #4 on the 3rd floor of the Yakima County Courthouse.
