Effective January 3rd, 2023, Guinan Loop will be closed between the intersection of Parish Rd and Speyers Rd, in order to facilitate trenching across the roadway to replace the irrigation mainlines with two 36" HDPE pipes. The closure is estimated to take 3 working days, concluding on January 6th, 2023. Trenching work will take 2-3 days, and the asphalt paving will take less than 1 day. The work is being done for the Naches-Selah Irrigation District.
