Technical assistance can be requested directly from Human Service Department Staff. Help sessions can be provided via email, by phone, or in-person, and will be scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Applicants are strongly encouraged to schedule appointments for technical assistance as early as possible, to ensure availability of staff time.
