Mission Statement

To enhance community safety by delivering evidence based services that support and empower individuals on Community Supervision.

Goals

Identify barriers and needs to guide change in the lives of clients by improving accountability.

Target

Address criminogenic needs with personalized case plans, risk assessments, and frequency of contact to maximize available resources.

The Behavioral Health Supervision Unit (BHSU) was established to create a therapeutic approach with clients.  The team consists of probation counselors, community resource specialists providing re-entry services, and behavioral health specialists whose focus is treatment services. The team addresses challenges supervised by our team by building and maintaining the foundation needed for stability, sobriety, and rehabilitation.  We do this using evidence-based practices, targeted interventions, and leveraging community resources.
