How to Apply
Submit a temporary food permit application at least 14 days before your event. A $50 late fee may be charged if you apply within 7 days of the event, and applications submitted within 48 hours may be denied. Submit applications in person, by mail, or by email. Payment must be made in person or by mail.
Food Preparation Requirements
Food served at public events must be prepared on-site, in an approved mobile food unit, or in an approved commercial kitchen.
Food prepared at home is not allowed unless you have a WSDA Cottage Food Permit and only serve low-risk foods such as baked goods, candies, jams, and dry mixes.
