Application Information
Applications for the 2024-2026 grant cycle will be accepted between Tuesday, August 1, 2023 and Tuesday, September 5, 2023. Applications must be submitted online via the Jotform portal. Details about the applications can be found here and the required budget template can be found here.
The Human Services department will host two Information Sessions to answer questions about the application process. Please contact HumanServices@co.yakima.wa.us or (509) 574-1365 to be registered for an Information Session, or for any other questions about the application.
