Job Foundation
Job Foundation engages with students in their second-to-last year of school, connecting with them and planning ahead. This involves discovery activities and the creation of a Job Foundation report, which outlines practical next steps for employment.
This is made possible through a partnership between school districts, the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA), Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI), County Developmental Disabilities, Employment Providers, and others.
Eligibility Requirements for Job Foundation
- Must be DDA eligible
- Age 19-20 years old (2nd to last year of school)
