Permit Requirements
A demolition permit is required for:
- Full demolition of a structure
- Partial demolition of a structure
Mobile & Manufactured Home Demolition
Permits for demolishing a mobile home or manufactured home can be obtained from:
- Washington State Department of Labor and Industries
- Yakima County Building and Fire Safety Division
Application & Requirements
- General Application for Construction
- A photo of the structure that is proposed to be demolished (signed by the property owner)
- If mobile home/manufactured home, a copy of the title or registration in the property owners name is required
