Plumbing Permit Requirements
✅ Permit NOT Required for:
✔ Stopping leaks in drains, water, soil, waste, or vent pipes.
🚨 Permit REQUIRED for:
✔ Removing and replacing any concealed trap, drainpipe, water, soil, waste, or vent pipe with new material (considered new work).
✔ Emergency Repairs – If replacements or repairs must be done in an emergency, the permit must be submitted by the next business day to the Building Official.
